You can buy 5 EUR card ( Having access number 800 967 2**, powere by Global communication) like MONDO1, Liam Asia, Miss asia etc (http://www.planetcards.net/Products/Prepaid_Telephone_cards/Mondo1.aspx)it gives you 125 mins in 5 EUR, but effectively you get is 50-70 mins only. you can buy these International Telephone cards from any telephone shop, if available.
B. Another option to make call using voip services like,

2. http://www.lowratevoip.com/en/index.html
3. http://www.globe7.com/
4. http://www.mywebcalls.com/ (Per second billing)
the calls made over voip is the cheapest, it is only 6-8 eur cents per min. but you need a credit card or bank transfer to buy the talk time.
