The whole process could take one week, but you will have control over the exchange rate.Please note one thing , the main time is taken to upload fund from US bank account to US Paypal account(about 3-5 days). so its better if you do this step in advance and wait for good exchange rate.Whenever you get good rate transfer money to Indian Paypal and withdraw to your bank account.This will accelerate the process.
