Add Quick Launch toolbar in Win 7 and change icon size

When I moved to windows 7 from xp, the first thing I notices that quick launch bar was missing. Below you can find the way to add quicklaunch bar.

Adding Quick launch bar

• Right click on the taskbar and uncheck the "Lock the taskbar"
• Right click again and select Toolbars >> New Toolbar..
• Add your appdata folder which is located at:

%appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
Which should redirect to
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Now you are done with adding the quick launch bar.

Right click on the Quick Launch
Uncheck “show text” and “show title”
Drag the Quick Launch to the position where it is available in Windows XP.

To change the size:
Right click again and select “Wiew” and then” Large Icons” or “Small Icons” to select size of icon of your choice.
