How to close or cancel pingo account or get refund from pingo calling card

Generally Pingo is good calling card service ( and comes with many promotional offers (click here), but for every company, there are some customers which are not satisfied 100% and if you are among on of them who are not satisfied with the Pingo calling card service or if their customer care is not listening you properly. I hope that you would like to cancel the account and get the refund.

You may cancel your account and ask for refund at any time by contacting customer service, and no additional charges will be applied. Just contact them over the phone or by email. Please note than you must have used less than $5 from pingo. It means if you purchased the credit of $20 and your remaining credit is $15.30 you can calcel the account and get your full $20 refund. But if your current balance is $14.99, you are not eligible for refund. Moreover there is no time limit, there is money limit of $5.

Naturally, we think you need to think about it some more. Just kidding, but we would appreciate feedback about why you are leaving, so that we may have the chance to win back your business. If you are dissatisfied with Pingo service for any reason, you may cancel your account at any time by contacting customer service, and no additional charges will be applied. If you cancel during the first $5.00 USD of usage of your account (your $5 signup bonus), Pingo will refund your entire initial signup amount. Pingo does not provide refunds once you've used more than the initial US $5.00 (or equivalent in other currencies). If you find yourself in that position, you're better off using up the rest of your balance before closing your account.

  2. I wish there was something LESS than one Star, They deserve MINUS 5 Stars
    I have been having worse connection ever using there service. I had bad connection on each call I made and I keep getting disconnected after talking for a minute or two or three and asked to enter phone number again and again. It's pretty annoying, frustrating and on top of that I'm paying for that. It's ludicrous, absurdity, incongruity to pay for horrible service like theres. I should receive full refund and a letter of apology. I just discovered a $.98 charge for monthly maint. ! I was never told that I'll be charged "MONTHLY FEES"! They are THUGS.

  4. They have lots of discounts for newly registers but NONE for already-sign-up! And also, the MONTHLY MANTANANCE FEE!
